The first phase will begin this month with lighting,water and sewerage system.Their looking to revive the JoyRoad corridor.The housing construction will begin this summer 920 single family homes,condos,lofts and townhomes. The units will be available for purchase or rent at affordable and market rate prices. Let's hope this make some jobs?
